Using EUWithdraw

Merchants install and open EUWithdraw through Shopify and manage withdrawal requests inside Shopify Admin. Customers should use the withdrawal or privacy-request link supplied by the store where they purchased. The merchant remains responsible for deciding the legal merits of a withdrawal, return or refund.

Theme App Extension setup

  1. Open EUWithdraw in Shopify Admin and select Setup.
  2. Choose the theme app extension method, then use the Shopify Theme Editor link supplied by the app.
  3. Enable the EUWithdraw app embed, choose the storefront label and appearance, and save the theme.
  4. Return to EUWithdraw and verify the observed activation status before relying on the customer entry point.

Admin and Customer Account extensions

Extension availability depends on the active plan, granted Shopify permissions and Shopify surface. Add or activate the relevant block from Shopify’s editor, then test it with non-personal test data. If the app reports that a permission or worker is unavailable, do not describe that workflow as active until the configuration is completed and verified.

Plans, trials and cancellation

EUWithdraw offers Free, Essential and Professional plans. Current prices, billing intervals, trial terms and included features are displayed before Shopify asks a merchant to approve a paid subscription. Paid plans currently display a fourteen-day trial, subject to Shopify eligibility and the approval screen.

Open Plans in EUWithdraw and choose Manage plans on Shopify to review or change your subscription. Choose Free on Shopify to stop future paid renewals. Shopify shows when the change takes effect; a downgrade or cancellation can be scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle. Existing paid access continues only while Shopify verifies an active paid subscription or eligible trial. Shopify calculates and applies any credit; EUWithdraw does not promise immediate cancellation, a prorated credit or a separate cash refund.

Billing disputes and refunds

If a charge appears incorrect, contact support promptly with the shop domain, charge date and non-sensitive evidence. Any adjustment or refund is assessed case by case, subject to mandatory law and Shopify’s billing capabilities. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service expectations

No uptime or response-time service-level agreement applies unless agreed separately in writing. Email support is monitored on Belgian business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. EUWithdraw aims to send an initial response within three business days. This is a service target and not a guaranteed resolution time.
